Who is DriverOS for?
UK private hire, taxi, rideshare, and PCO drivers — especially those working across multiple platforms, managing their own compliance, and filing Self Assessment. If your income depends on a PCO licence, DriverOS was built for you.
How much does it cost?
DriverOS Pro is £6.99 a month or £69.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. The trial only starts when you choose to subscribe — no automatic charge before then, and you can cancel anytime.
Does it work on Android?
DriverOS is currently available on iPhone only. Android is on the roadmap.
Which platforms does it support?
Log earnings from Uber, Bolt, FreeNow, Ola, and any other platform at the end of a shift. You can also import a weekly CSV export — the format is detected automatically and duplicates are skipped. DriverOS does not automatically import earnings from platform APIs.
What is the Driver Score?
A 0–100 business health score across five pillars: Compliance Readiness, Profitability, Cost Efficiency, Tax Readiness, and Mileage Efficiency. Each pillar scores separately, so you can see exactly which area to improve first. Available on DriverOS Pro.
Does it do my tax for me?
DriverOS estimates your Income Tax and Class 2/4 National Insurance as you earn, and shows you a weekly savings target. It is a planning tool — not a substitute for an accountant — and does not submit your Self Assessment return.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in an encrypted, UK GDPR-compliant database and is only ever used to power your own dashboards. The Smart data assistant answers from your stored data with no external API calls. You can permanently delete your account and all data from within the app at any time.
